VendorPoint™ allows the compliance officer to select a risk rating for each questionnaire response. Once the questionnaire is completed, the responses rated as Low, Medium, or High risk will appear in the Critical Issues Report. This creates a monitoring environment in which vendors are ranked and monitored for improvement and accountability, based on the risk categories and measurement criteria previously selected. Vendor issues are tracked over time and presented in the Vendor Ranking Trend Report.
